Financial Policy
We are committed to providing affordable, quality care. We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Please feel free to ask us any questions you have about financing options, credit card payments and bank drafts. We thoroughly explain your options, so that we can accommodate your needs.
Unless other arrangements have been made, full payment is due at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
We are pleased to offer financing through CareCredit or Lending Club for Invisalign financing or for General Dentistry and Traditional Orthodontics. This gives you the option of arranging convenient, low monthly payments. No initial payment is required. Applying is simple.
Monthly Statements
Following treatment, you will receive a monthly statement detailing your current charges, payments, and insurance billings. Your estimated insurance benefits will appear as "pending" on the statement until we receive payment from your insurance company. Billing fees of 1.5% per month are added to all unpaid balances; 90 days from your treatment date. If legal action becomes necessary, the patient and/or responsible party must pay court costs and attorney fees.
Insurance Policy
For your convenience, we will submit your insurance claims. Please remember, the insurance company, not our office, determines what fees will be covered. Estimated coverage is not a guarantee of payment. All fees are your responsibility. Please notify us of any changes in employment, insurance coverage, etc., in writing.
We accept all traditional insurance plans, as long as you can see any doctor you choose. Many of our doctors participate in the following plans:
